WATER AND WASTEWATER ENGINEER OR SENIOR WATER & WASTEWATER ENGINEER
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field and some experience in professional engineering work or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possession of North Carolina driver’s license.

Registration as an Engineering Intern (EI). - Senior Utilities Engineer:
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE).
