What You'll Do

Lead and Coordinate Projects

You'll play a key role in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines, milestones, and deliverables

* Review, process, and coordinate change orders while identifying opportunities for improvement

* Ensure construction documents are complete, accurate, and aligned with project requirements

* Support project teams through all phases of planning, design, and construction

Serve as a Technical Expert

You'll be a go-to resource for solving challenges and driving project success.

* Provide technical support for remodels, renovations, special projects, and new initiatives

* Interpret construction documents, building methods, materials, and code requirements

* Troubleshoot project issues and develop practical solutions that balance quality, schedule, and cost

* Support engineering and architectural teams with technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle

Build Strong Partnerships

Success in this role comes from collaboration.

* Serve as a key liaison between contractors, landlords, consultants, governing agencies, and internal teams

* Communicate project updates, design changes, and technical information clearly and effectively

* Foster strong working relationships across multiple departments and project stakeholders

* Mentor and support team members, including AutoCAD specialists and project support personnel

Drive Innovation and Improvement

Help create smarter and more efficient ways of delivering projects.

* Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve engineering processes

* Evaluate plans from a value-engineering perspective to maximize efficiency and reduce costs

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

* Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Strong ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction and engineering documents

* Exceptional organizational, planning, and documentation skills

* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

* Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite

* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
