What You'll Be Doing Lead Projects Like a Pro

You'll help keep multiple projects organized, moving, and successful from start to finish.

+ Coordinate several projects simultaneously while managing deadlines and priorities

+ Review and process change orders

+ Ensure construction documents are accurate, complete, and ready for execution

+ Support projects through planning, design, permitting, construction, and closeout

Be the Go-To Technical Resource

You'll be the person people trust when questions need answers.

+ Interpret drawings, specifications, codes, and construction requirements

+ Support remodels, renovations, and new construction initiatives

+ Troubleshoot project issues and develop cost-effective solutions

+ Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle

Collaborate With Diverse Teams

Great projects happen through great partnerships.

+ Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, landlords, and government agencies

+ Communicate project updates and technical information clearly

+ Build strong relationships with project stakeholders

+ Mentor and support project team members when needed

Required Qualifications

+ Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction and engineering documents

+ Strong organizational and documentation skills

+ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

+ Ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience supporting retail, commercial, or multi-site projects

+ Familiarity with architectural and engineering coordination

+ Understanding of construction processes, documentation, and permitting

+ Passion for process improvement and finding better ways to work
