Apply Now – Novant Health Careers
Education2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography or Sonography Program; or CAAHEP-recognized Sonography Program, required.
ExperienceMinimum of one year of experience in sonography, preferred.
Licensure/Certification- NH Medical Center-Certified and registered by ARRT in Sonography or certified and registered by ARDMS in a minimum of one specialty - RT(S) or ARDMS within 6 months of hire, required.
- NH Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility or Hospital Outpatient Department-Certified and registered by ARRT in Sonography or certified and registered by ARDMS in a minimum of one specialty - RT(S) or ARDMS, required.
- NH Medical Group Office-Certified and registered by ARRT in Sonography or certified and registered by ARDMS in a minimum of one specialty - RT(S) or ARDMS, required.
- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams in an acute care setting
- Work closely with physicians to deliver critical patient care
- Maintain patient safety and comfort with professionalism and empathy
