Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Look Up Therapy was founded during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic to support families with developmentally delayed children. The organization aims to provide ethically sound services by fostering strong parent relationships, conducting quality assessments, and offering effective family training for greater self‑sufficiency. Look Up Therapy is dedicated to empowering families and delivering compassionate care tailored to their unique needs.

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Salisbury, NC, with the ability to work partially from home. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting behavior assessments, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies, developing individualized intervention plans, and training parents and caregivers. The BCBA will also work on developing behavior management plans and collaborating with families to support their goals effectively.

• Proficient in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Skilled in Parent Education and providing effective training for empowering families
• Grounded knowledge and expertise in Psychology and its application in behavior science
• Experience in Behavior Management strategies and intervention planning
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with families
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both in‑person and remote settings
• Experience working with developmentally delayed children is an advantage
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
