Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing.
• Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding, and tests/debugs programs.
• Develops conversion and system implementation plans.
• Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.
• Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
• Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or analytical role.
• Proven ability to independently manage small to medium-sized projects.
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to evaluate complex technical issues
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and product/platform-based models.
• Methodologies:

• Tools & Platforms:
  Web Sphere MQ, System Monitoring Tools, MS Office
