Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an Infrastructure Workplace Platform Engineer to support and improve our company’s end‑user computing environment. This role focuses on managing employee desktops, laptops, operating systems, and enterprise printing systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, problem‑solving ability, and excellent communication.

• Support and manage Windows and Mac computers, including OS updates and application deployment.
• Manage device configurations, compliance, and security using tools like Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues through the ticketing system such as Service Now
  .
• Maintain documentation, knowledge base, and standard procedures.
• Support and maintain enterprise print systems, including print servers, drivers, and secure printing solutions.
• Monitor printing performance and resolve printing‑related issues.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to share updates with leadership.
• Work closely with business and IT teams for deployments and improvements.

• Experience in End User Computing, Desktop, or Endpoint Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and OS deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Active Directory, GPO, and Azure AD.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Power Shell scripting and automation.
• Experience with enterprise printing tools such as Canon uniFLOW and Lexmark Mark Vision
  .
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing workflows.
