• Extensive experience (10+ years) designing, implementing, and maintaining z/OS database management systems including DB2, IMS/DB, data sharing, and related infrastructure software.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and support Parallel Sysplex application enablement.
• Experience providing technical leadership for managed service providers and offshore support teams.
• Proficiency in z/OS database management system performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization using tools like BMC AMI OPS, BMC Apptune, and IBM Intellimagic Vision.
• Proven leadership abilities, including experience leading technical projects and mentoring junior team members.

6‑month contract with potential for conversion. Preferred locations:
Salisbury, NC;
Greenville, SC;
Chicago, IL;
Landover, MD;
Scarborough, ME;
Quincy, MA;
Carlisle, PA.

• Experience installing and optimizing CICS; familiarity with MF networking & IMS Transaction Manager.
• Experience managing Service Providers through technical leadership; ability to mentor Z/OS System programmers.
• Installed DB2 or Z/OS.
• General knowledge of Mainframe and Parallel Sysplex experience.
