Technical Business Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst/Deployment Manager to support a leading retail and grocery client in planning, engineering, and deploying enterprise IT systems. This role blends hands‑on technical work with project ownership, requiring the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate will lead deployments, collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and QA teams, and drive projects from initiation through execution.

This is a hybrid position suited for a self‑starter with strong POS experience and a track record of delivering infrastructure projects.

• 3–5 years of IT systems or infrastructure experience
• Hands‑on experience with NCR POS (EX or Emerald)
• Proven experience managing and executing system deployments
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and Excel skills
• Working knowledge of SQL and batch scripting
• Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
• Hands‑on hardware experience (lab or infrastructure environment)

$31-35hr
