Business Intelligence Manager

Requirements Must have:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics, business, healthcare administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
• A masters degree in business, information technology, data analytics, healthcare administration, or a similar field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, enterprise reporting, dashboard creation, or a comparable area is required.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or managing technical, analytics, reporting, or BI teams is required.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Background in project management, data governance, and working with stakeholders is preferred.
• Experience with Epic reporting, Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, Power BI, SQL, or similar healthcare data platforms is preferred.

• We plan, coordinate, and oversee the development, implementation, and support of enterprise reporting, dashboards, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
• We partner with organizational leaders and business stakeholders to assess reporting and analytics needs.
• We prioritize incoming requests and align BI initiatives with our organizational strategy.
• We promote consistent reporting standards, shared data definitions, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• We provide leadership and guidance to our BI team.
• We maintain clear communication with stakeholders to support effective delivery.
• We help ensure our data and reporting solutions are reliable, timely, and actionable.

We are hiring a Business Intelligence Manager for an on-site role in Salisbury, Maryland, with relocation assistance available. This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
