Job Title
Support the planning, engineering, implementation, and production support of retail systems infrastructure, with a strong focus on point-of-sale (POS) technology and payments processing. Serve as a technical contributor for production escalations, project work streams, vendor coordination, and daily operational priorities. Grocery retail experience is strongly preferred.
Requirements- Retail POS technology experience.
- Production support escalation experience.
- Program management experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support escalations involving retail POS terminals, PIN pads, and payments processing.
- Plan and execute infrastructure engineering activities supporting retail store technology.
- Attend daily operational meetings to review open issues, triage requests, manage priorities, and communicate challenges.
- Independently lead or contribute to production support activities and project work streams.
- Coordinate with external vendors as a technical point of contact for assigned projects.
- Monitor system performance and support implementation of hardware and software solutions.
