Job Title: Finishing/Warehouse Operator
Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay: $18/hour starting pay
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)
Shift Changes / Overtime: As assigned and based on business needs.

This is a 2nd shift position. Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift from 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM.

• Trim, prep, coat, and pack products with care and attention to detail

• Apply coatings and monitor product quality on the line

• Move, stack, palletize, wrap, and label finished products

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

• Work closely with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals

• Learn and assist in different areas as production needs change

• High School Diploma or GED

• Manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)

• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Willingness to wear PPE and work in an unconditioned space

• Availability to work 2nd shift hours consistently

• Clean, safety-focused facility
