Skills and Experience

What You'll Do as a Pallet Assembler:

• Gather materials for daily work orders.
• Fit parts together to construct and assemble wooden pallets.
• Use basic hand tools or nail guns for assembly.
• Inspect finished pallets to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Stack completed pallets.
• Cover, label, and band components or finished products, as needed.
• Perform all duties with safety in mind.

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• Prior Experience: We're looking for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, or construction experience. Quick learners with hands-on skills will also be considered.
• Strength & Stamina: Need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling.
• Work Environment: Be prepared for a physically demanding environment that is not climate-controlled.
• Positive Attitude: Team players with a strong work ethic and positive mindset thrive here.
• Tool Savvy: Experience using nail guns and other basic hand tools is a must.
• Safety First: You'll need composite or steel-toe shoes (discounted purchasing options available)
• ¡Hablamos español!: Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
