Warehouse/Manufacturing Operator - Multiple Openings

We are hiring dependable individuals to join a production team that manufactures premium flooring underlayment, area rug pads, and carpet cushions. Whether you are looking for an entry‑level opportunity or have manufacturing experience, we have multiple openings available with overtime opportunities and room to grow.

• Machine Operator Helpers – Starting at $12.50–$13.50/hr (No experience required)
• Machine Operators – Up to $15.50/hr (Machine operation experience preferred)
• Truck Loader – $14.50/hr (Forklift experience required)

• Machine Operators – Up to $15.50/hr (Forklift experience required; training on 1st shift)

• Maintenance Mechanics (1st & 2nd Shift) – Pay DOE (Interview required)
• Fabrication Mechanics (1st Shift) – Pay DOE
• Maintenance Helpers – $15.00–$17.00/hr

This is a physically demanding manufacturing position in a hot, dusty industrial environment. Employees should be comfortable working in an older manufacturing facility where manual labour is required throughout the shift. Steel‑toe boots are required, and all employees must follow workplace safety procedures at all times.

• Perform physically demanding, hands‑on work throughout the shift
