Plant ManagerA well‑established and growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to provide strategic leadership for a high‑volume manufacturing facility. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a proven operations leader who thrives on building high‑performing teams, improving operational performance, and fostering a culture centered on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overall leadership for all manufacturing operations within the facility.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that support business growth and profitability.
- Foster a culture focused on safety, accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers and supervisors across operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, supply chain, and production.
- Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) and implement action plans to achieve operational objectives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Significant manufacturing leadership experience with progressive responsibility, including experience leading an entire manufacturing facility.
- Demonstrated success improving operational performance, productivity, quality, and profitability.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills.
- Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and capital projects.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to lead change and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Experience in one or more of the following manufacturing environments is a plus.
