Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Production Associates and Machine Operators for full-time manufacturing jobs in Salisbury, NC. These positions offer weekly pay, steady hours, attendance bonus opportunities, and a fast hiring process.
No experience is required for many Production Associate openings. Machine operating experience is required for higher-paying Machine Operator roles.
Pay & Schedule $13.50–$15.50/hr base pay, depending on position and shift $2.00/hr attendance bonus
Earn up to $17.50/hr Weekly pay Monday–Friday schedule

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance
Strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for all positions
Machine operating experience required for higher-paying roles
