Production Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

We are hiring dependable Production Operators who value consistency, reliability, and long‑term employment. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable performing manual, repetitive tasks throughout the entire shift in a hands‑on production environment.

1st Shift: $18.00/hr
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: $18.60/hr
Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

This position involves continuous, repetitive manual labor for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Trimming and removing excess foam from panels
• Scraping panels for most of the shift (highly repetitive)
• Sanding surfaces to remove residue
• Preparing boards for coating
• Assisting in coating using handheld tools such as paint brushes
• Operating machinery, including a material handler
• Stacking and palletizing finished boards
• Cross‑training in multiple departments as needed

• Highly manual and repetitive work performed all day
• Standing and moving for the entire shift
• Non‑climate controlled facility
• Team‑based work (paired with another operator)
• Production depends on consistent attendance and reliability
