58 views Marathon Staffing is seeking candidates for multiple temp-to-perm, Assembler positions available immediately in Salisbury NC!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Secure and maintain proper component parts and supplies needed for production
- Set up and organize work areas prior to production
- Assemble parts according to written instructions and quality standards
- Operate hand tools to complete assembly tasks
- Stack finished products following established procedures; cover, label, and band materials as required
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Perform pre-shift and start-up equipment inspections and report any issues
- Maintain accurate production records
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Experience working with lumber preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to read tape measures
- Ability to follow specific instructions and directions
- Experience using hand tools and other production equipment
- Ability to understand basic verbal and written instructions in English
- Pay & Growth
- Starting pay: $16.00 per hour
- Pay increases based on experience
- Additional pay increase upon full-time
