Shift: **  $18.00/hr

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

** 2nd

Shift: **  $18.60/hr

Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

+ Weekly pay

+ No weekend work

** Job Responsibilities*
* This position involves  
** continuous, repetitive manual labor
** for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities include:

+ Trimming and removing excess foam from panels

+ Scraping panels for most of the shift (highly repetitive)

+ Sanding surfaces to remove residue

+ Preparing boards for coating

+ Assisting in coating using handheld tools such as paint brushes

+ Operating machinery, including a material handler

+ Stacking and palletizing finished boards

+ Cross-training in multiple departments as needed

** Work Environment*
* + Highly manual and repetitive work performed all day

+ Standing and moving for the entire shift

+ Non-climate controlled facility

+ Team-based work (paired with another operator)

+ Production depends on consistent attendance and reliability

This role requires individuals who are comfortable performing the  
** same physical tasks repeatedly, hour after hour** , while maintaining quality and focus.
