DuPont’s Salisbury, NC site seeks an Operations Leader to oversee a ~20-person team responsible for safe, reliable, and efficient production of Armor Wall™. The role focuses on short-term troubleshooting, long-term improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and technology experts.
The successful candidate will drive CAPEX project execution, implement SOPs and safety protocols, and lead Lean/Kaizen activities to optimize capacity, quality, and cost performance.
