Mixing and Extrusion Operators

We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our Mixing and Extrusion team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, following manufacturing procedures, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Operate mixing and extrusion equipment according to established procedures.
• Accurately weigh and add raw materials to production batches.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Complete production documentation and records accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment for extended periods.
• Ability to climb stairs frequently throughout the workday.
• Continuous use of arms and hands for operating equipment, handling materials, and performing production tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Experience in mixing, extrusion, or industrial production environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are required. Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
