Schedule and Hours:
  • Shifts:

  • Weekend rotation: every other weekend
  • Holiday expectation: 75% of holidays worked
  • Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks
Desired Qualifications:
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Tele RN experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NIHSS (preferred)
  • Proficiency in general Med/Tele, stroke care, cardiac rhythm interpretation, trach care, chest tube management, NGT placement, and advanced drain/tube management
  • Medication drip management (cardiac drips, heparin, blood products, IVF)
  • Familiar with Epic EMR, Alaris IV Pumps, Omnicell dispensing
  • Flexible and agreeable to floating within regional hospitals as needed
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care for a diverse patient population (chest pain, syncope, angina)
  • Maintain safe patient-nurse ratios (1:5)
  • Collaborate within a robust interdisciplinary team-phlebotomy, IV/VAT team, respiratory therapy, and hospitalists
  • Adapt fluidly to new settings and workflow, with paid travel time if floating mid-shift
