- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (7A-7P) shifts, weekend coverage as needed
- Hours/Week: Variable based on assignments
- Employment Type: Contract / Per diem
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid state medical license, Board Certification in Orthopaedic Surgery preferred
- Experience: Prior experience in orthopaedic surgery required
- Pay rate: $1.00/hour (consistent with internal notes – please inquire for specifics)

- Provide surgical care and support during scheduled shifts and weekends
- Take primary call responsibilities, assisting with surgical needs and complications
- Collaborate with hospital staff and surgical teams to ensure patient care quality
- Follow facility protocols and maintain documentation standards
- Assist in surgical procedures as needed under supervision
- Support on-call coverage during specified weekends and dates
- Valid North Carolina medical license (or eligibility)
- Board Certified or eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Minimum of 2 years of current Orthopaedic Surgery experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
