Novant Health Rowan Medical Center seeks an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Telemetry Unit. You’ll provide clinical and administrative leadership, mentor staff, manage scheduling, and ensure safe, high‑quality patient care while supporting your team.
Schedule is 6 p.m.–4:30 a.m., four 10‑hour shifts or five 8‑hour shifts, plus one weekend per month with some call and holiday rotation. Requires Bachelor’s in Nursing;
Master’s preferred.
