The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Marshalls retail associate for our Salisbury, NC store. You will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, ring purchases, handle returns, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
You may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store. You should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work a flexible schedule, and show strong communication and organization. Prior retail customer experience is a plus.
