- The Space Planning team is responsible for designing and optimizing store layouts that create efficient, productive, and customer-focused shopping experiences across our retail brands. The team develops store-level floor plans and planograms, determining both the overall placement of fixtures and departments throughout the store and the product organization within each space. By balancing brand standards, customer experience, and sales productivity, they transform empty floor plans into strategic layouts that maximize performance and make the best use of available space.
Serving as subject matter experts for their assigned brands, team members maintain and uphold brand-specific merchandising standards, documentation, and requirements while partnering with stakeholders to ensure each store reflects the unique identity and objectives of the brand. - As a Space Planning Co-op, you will support the team's efforts to leverage data and analytics to drive smarter space planning decisions and improve operational efficiency. In this role, you will assist with the creation and validation of space analytics and productivity reporting tools, primarily using Power BI, and help develop performance reporting that enables the team to measure results and identify opportunities for action.
