Wiry Smiles is looking for an awesome Front Office Assistant for immediate hire. Dental front office experience is desired, but we will train the right candidate. This position is 32-36 hours per week.

Fast Growing multi-location orthodontic practice with locations in Mooresville, Salisbury and Charlotte! Looking for an experienced Front Desk team member who is friendly, capable of multi-tasking, a team player, and reliable. Bi-lingual is a must! This position will require you to travel between locations as needed.

• Greeting the patients in a friendly manner
• Checking in patients, which includes updating any necessary paperwork
• Answering the phone
• Setting up New Patient appointments
• Calling to confirm appointments
• Calling patients who missed appointments
• Checking out patients, which includes collecting the patient portion of the visit and giving future appointments
• Translation for clinical & patients
• Other duties as assigned to assist team

• Associate's degree
• Aptitude and desire to learn
• 1+ year experience in a medical or dental office
• Familiarity with NCTracks and Dolphin Operating System
• Computer skills

• Dental/Medical office experience
• Fluent/Bilingual Spanish and English
