Security Officer Checkpoint Attendant

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help regulate authorized access, verify credentials when required, and document visitor and delivery activity in accordance with location procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with store management, local authorities, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related concerns.;
Prepare accurate reports on incidents, access activity, and daily observations, and support loss prevention and other security-related operations within a retail environment.
