Habitat America is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Salisbury, MD to handle general apartment maintenance and unit turnovers. You will work independently and as part of a team to address maintenance tickets and support after-hours on-call rotation.
The role requires 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, basic plumbing, carpentry, drywall and painting skills, and a valid driver’s license. HVAC/CFC certification is a plus, with a competitive benefits package offered.
