Location Salisbury, North Carolina, United States
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. You will work with a collaborative, hands‑on team focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
What will you be doing as an Electrical Maintenance Technician?- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical and electronic systems.
- Install and repair motors, controls, wiring, sensors, relays, and other electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnose and replace faulty electrical components.
- Assist with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs as needed.
- Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Preventive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Technical certification, apprenticeship, or formal electrical training.
- Experience with PLCs, conveyors, robotics, or automated equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
