Position SummaryLSA Management is seeking a skilled Multifamily Service Technician to support maintenance operations, complete service requests, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs, and ensure excellent resident service across apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities- Complete work orders
- perform preventive maintenance
- troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance issues
- support unit turns
- inspect community assets
- participate in on-call rotations
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
- valid driver license
- 2+ years maintenance experience
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair knowledge

- CAMT Certification
- HVAC trade training
- CPO Certification
- multifamily maintenance experience
- Yardi, Entrata or Real Page experience
