Dump Truck Driver

• Safely operate a dump truck to transport aggregate, asphalt, or other construction materials to and from job sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance needs.
• Load, transport, and unload materials while following company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Support operational efficiency by ensuring timely deliveries and promoting a positive customer experience.

• Valid Class A Driver License
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Ability to perform inspections, identify potential issues, and take appropriate action.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Capability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing operational needs.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• Average Weekly Pay of $1,300
• Minimum Weekly Guarantee of $1,000
