Qualifications
:

• Two years prior experience in vehicle repair and maintenance
• CDL with endorsements to operate wrecker and fuel truck, Passenger and School Bus endorsement

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
:

• Knowledge of the following:
  • Scan tools
  • Air conditioning
  • Paint and bodywork
  • ABS brakes
  • Automatic transmissions
  • Medium Duty Buses/Trucks
  • Must not have limitations in regards to lifting, pulling, climbing, or any additional physical limitations that would prevent employee from performing their duties.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
:

• School Bus maintenance
• Service truck maintenance
• Perform warranty work
• Perform repair on transmissions
• Mount and balance tires
• Repair air conditioning units
• Paint and/or bodywork
• Inclement weather (early crew)
• Any other maintenance to be performed;
  Required 30 day school bus inspections;
  Scheduled PMs (Preventive Maintenance);
  All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Term of Employment
:

• Full time
• 12 month employment
• Hours:
  • Alternating: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (one week)
  • 6:00 am to 3:00 pm (one week)
  • 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (on Non School Days)

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $21.85 to $27.13 Per Hour
