We are hiring a local delivery specialist to support our daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Previous delivery experience is preferred.

Requires a commercial driver’s license (CDL), drives trucks over 26,001 pounds, and involves unloading product at the customer location on established routes. Material handling will be required for most route assignments.

• Services customers assigned to the route based on the scheduled time-stopped ranking. Must adapt to any changes in work assignments as well as support organizational restructuring efforts.
• Follow accounts receivable guidelines set by the trade/customer when checking in orders (DSD, PO#, Military, Receipt, or Stamp) with the customer.
• Place the product in our designated area and/or move the pallet display directly to the floor.
• Pick up all shells/flats, returned pallets, and damaged or out-of-date products.
• Merchandise assigned stops as scheduled per management.
• Communicates issues, problems, or opportunities with the sales team and delivery team.

Follows all company policies and procedures set forth by management

Education/

Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Class A CDL with FMCSA clearance.
