Senior Residential Support Worker - Salisbury

We are recruiting Senior Support Workers for our new supported accommodation home in Salisbury, Wiltshire, supporting young people aged 16+ as they transition toward independent living.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in guiding and teaching young people essential life skills, helping them prepare for independence, and supporting them with day-to-day tasks, schoolwork, and college engagement. Our young people may have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and trauma, and you will use our embedded trauma-informed practices to provide consistent, compassionate support. We are therefore seeking committed, patient, and dedicated Senior Support Workers who can provide stability and build genuine rapport. You will be empathetic, grounded, and resilient, enabling you to support both the young people and your wider team.
