The company works across a broad range of ecological and environmental projects, supporting clients within the planning, development and infrastructure sectors. The successful Ecologist will assist with habitat surveys, protected species work, technical reporting and ecological project delivery.

As an Ecologist, you will undertake field surveys, contribute to Ecological Impact Assessments and work closely with senior team members to deliver high‑quality ecological solutions. This Ecologist position offers excellent exposure to varied projects throughout Salisbury and the surrounding region.

• Previous experience within ecological consultancy or a related field
• Knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and planning policy
• Experience with habitat and protected species surveys desirable
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science or similar
• Full UK driving licence required
• Full right to work in the UK
• Must live in or near the Salisbury office location
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
