Based in Salisbury, Somerset

Position good to knows

Working in a team across an organisations sites where you will be supporting a repairs and maintenance planned works team fitting and re-installing Kitchen & Bathroom in social housing properties.

* This is a hands-on manual role, so previous labouring experience is essential

* If you also have basic Carpentry/Plumbing skills this would be useful but not essential

* You will require a driving licence as the position will need you to move from site to site with the teams

* Happy driving a supplied company van for work

Your key duties

The geographical patch could cover properties in and around a geographical location of Salisbury

* Hands on minor maintenance duties assisting trades fitting kitchens and bathrooms

* Moving materials

* Clearing waste

* Driving a van and loading and unloading van stock and materials used for the kitchen and bathroom refits

What’s needed from you

✔ Full UK Driving licence

✔ Physically fit and able to lift and move materials

✔ Good timekeeping

✔ An outgoing customer service approach

✔ Good communication skills

✔ Adaptability

✔ Ability to work well in a team environment

✔ Able to take direction also work on your own initiative

Hours and pay

✔ 40 Hours per week

✔ Hourly paid (PAYE + holiday pay or rolled up holiday pay)

✔ Temp-To-Perm basis
