Monday–Friday, 07:30–16:30 (no weekends)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to work across MOD buildings and secure sites. This is a stable, long-term role offering consistent weekday hours and a balanced mix of commercial gas and plumbing work.

Key Responsibilities

* Commercial gas maintenance and installation work

* 50/50 split between commercial gas and plumbing

* Working on MOD buildings and secure sites

* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently

* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards

* Liaising professionally with clients and site managers

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer

* Relevant commercial gas qualifications (COCN1 / CODNCO1 or equivalent)

* Strong plumbing experience

* Experience working on commercial or MOD-type sites preferred

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Full UK driving licence
