• Service, repair, and maintain a range of plant equipment to required standards, including excavators, telehandlers, dumpers and rollers
• Carry out inspections and ensure equipment remains safe and operational
• Support planned maintenance programmes and reactive repairs
• Manage basic reporting and maintenance records accurately
• Work both on-site and in workshop environments as required
• Support safe working practices and compliance standards at all times
• Assist with movement and handover of equipment when required

• Experience in mechanical or plant maintenance
• Recognised qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a practical mindset
• Full UK driving licence (HGV desirable) - driver capability advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures
