SGS Heating & Electrical is a well-established heating, plumbing & electrical company based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. Our service offering covers all heating, plumbing and electrical solutions needed in a home or business, as well as providing Renewable and Solar PV systems + full bathroom and kitchen installations.

The role sits primarily within our Electrical Department and would be extremely varied, but the key tasks would include:

• Electrical Projects and Installation work
• Electrical testing and inspection.
• Re-wires of domestic properties, including 1st and 2nd Fix.
• Reactive maintenance works.
• Heating controls (training provided).
• Solar PV installations (training provided).

• A completed apprenticeship.
• City & Guilds 2365 (Part 1 and
  2).
• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing).
• City & Guilds BS7671 (18th Edition).
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work alongside other people inside and outside the business.
• Used to working to a program of works and to deadlines.
• Organised with the ability to prioritise own workload and work proactively.
• Experience working in customer-occupied properties and dealing with customers.
• Would be beneficial to be based within a commutable distance of Salisbury.
