Key requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent.
- Must have experience carrying out void/maintenance work
- Own Tools & PPE
- Minimum 5 years experience

- Bringing Void properties back up to lettable standards
- Hanging Doors
- Replacing Flooring
- Basic Plumbing
- Carpentry work
