We are currently looking for a skilled Painter to join our successful Painting business based in Romsey but servicing the Salisbury area. You will specialise in carrying out internal and external decorations to our customers’ properties.

Salary and Benefits

The basic salary is £34,192.00 plus bonus opportunities.

  • Competitive basic salary of £34,192.00 for a 39‑hour working week
  • On‑target earnings up to £38,248.00 with bonus, travel and fare allowance and travel expenses

About the Role

  • Complete all internal and external decorations within housing settings
  • Work in a domestic environment, enjoy working with people, whether as a team or with the residents
What You Will Bring
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting desirable – for time served, we offer on‑site qualifications.
  • Ideally experience working within a domestic/social housing environment, or relevant environment (not essential)
  • Passion for making a difference to people’s homes, strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
  • Driving licence, eligibility to drive in the UK
