Multi Skilled Carpenter – Maintenance

Staffing opportunity with a long‑established maintenance contractor operating in occupied social housing properties across Salisbury and surrounding areas.

We are looking for 2 experienced multi‑trade professionals, preferably with a background in carpentry or plastering, who can also handle basic tiling, patch repair, general maintenance, and basic plumbing tasks such as leak repair.

This position is temporary to permanent, with a company van, fuel card, and benefits including travel expenses.

Perform responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties.

Working hours are Monday‑Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am – 3:30 pm. There is an on‑call duty once approximately every seven weeks and occasional out‑of‑hours work.

• Previous experience in carpentry, plastering, or related trades
• Own tools
• Full UK driving licence
• Asbestos awareness (or arrangement to obtain one if expired)
• DBS check (arranged for successful candidates)
