As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to the highest standards, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing a variety of vehicle servicing and maintenance operations
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
- Completing defined assembly operations and maintenance repairs to a high standard
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and health & safety standards
- Accurately documenting all service and repair work completed
- Supporting colleagues to maintain workshop productivity and efficiency
- Providing technical advice and support when required
- Delivering excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (essential)
- At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within the automotive industry
- Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic abilities
- MOT Tester licence desirable but not essential
- Ownership of your own tools and toolbox
- A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Full UK manual driving licence (subject to licence checks)
- The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
