As an Electronics Technician, you’ll step away from the tools and into a role where you’ll shape the next generation of electronic apprentices, using your practical know-how to coach, guide, and assess learners across the British Army.

No prior training experience is required as we will look to develop you into the role.

• Deliver workplace‑based learning, coaching, and assessment to help apprentices complete their programmes successfully and meet industry, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements.
• Monitor and review learner progress in line with customer expectations.
• Support, motivate, and coach learners through their apprenticeship programme.
• Ensure compliance with awarding organisation, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements.
• Deliver scheduled visits and complete all required documentation.
• Provide portfolio‑building advice and guidance.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and requires travel in and around Salisbury to our other sites alongside home working arrangements.

• Significant experience in an appropriate industry environment.

• GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above or equivalent).
• Relevant industry‑related qualification in Electronics (minimum Level
  3).

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) + Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check security clearance for this role.
