As an Automotive Technician/Mechanic, you will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services across a wide range of vehicle systems. This is not a general service position — we are seeking a skilled technician capable of handling complex drivability concerns, engine diagnostics, steering and suspension work, brake systems, alignments, and major mechanical repairs.
You will play a critical role in shop productivity, quality control, and overall customer satisfaction. Your ability to accurately diagnose issues, complete repairs efficiently, and maintain high workmanship standards directly impacts the success of daily operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, electrical, and drivability systems
Diagnose and repair steering, suspension, and brake systems
Perform wheel alignments and suspension adjustments
Conduct engine performance diagnostics including misfires, fuel systems, ignition systems, and emissions-related concerns
Perform cooling system repairs, water pumps, radiators, and thermostat replacements
Complete timing belt/chain replacements and other major mechanical repairs
Service and diagnose HVAC systems
Perform preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance services
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide detailed digital or written documentation
Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues
Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure proper operation and safety
Maintain efficiency and productivity standards
Keep work area clean and organized while maintaining shop equipment
Collaborate with Service Advisors to clearly communicate vehicle needs
What You'll Bring with You:3+ years of automotive repair experience (advanced-level preferred)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple vehicle systems
Experience with electrical diagnostics, scan tools, and modern vehicle computer systems
Ability to independently diagnose and complete complex repairs
ASE certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Own professional-grade tools required
Valid driver’s license strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to meet productivity and efficiency goals
Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
Must be authorized to work in the United States
