This Trade Qualified Painter position is a regular CUPE role that requires expertise in both interior and exterior painting. You will engage in color mixing, decorating, and minor maintenance. A minimum of three years of experience is essential, along with a commitment to quality workmanship and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and apply color schemes effectively

• Set up and operate scaffolding and ladders

• Paint school facilities to a high standard

• Fill and tape gyproc surfaces adequately

• Carry out minor tasks in other trades
Requirements:

• Certification as a journeyman in painting

• At least three years of painting experience

• Proficient in all painting techniques

• Hold a valid B.C. Driver's License

• Ability to work both independently and as a team
