Comptable Fournisseurs H/F – CDI

You will join a supplier accounting team of approximately 10 people in a structured, digitalized environment with a high volume of processing. You will report to the Team Leader of Supplier Accounting.

SUPPLIER ACCOUNTING

• Processing and tracking supplier invoices
• Management of credits and integration discrepancies
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Monitoring validation workflows
• Management of supplier email inbox
• Processing of large volumes of accounting flows
• Management of banking operations (withdrawals, rejections, etc.)

PAYMENT MANAGEMENT

• Preparation of payment campaigns
• Monitoring of supplier deadlines and follow-ups
• Management of advance payments

CLOSURE WORK

• Analysis and justification of supplier accounts
• Accounting of non-current payments
• Tracking of outstanding supplier balances
• Justification of inter-company accounts

TOOLS & DIGITALIZATION

• Daily use of SAP
• Work on a tool for dematerialization of invoices
• Advanced use of Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, advanced formulas)

INTERNAL RELATIONS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• Interaction with internal teams
• Participation in operational meetings
• Contribution to process improvement
• Collaboration with auditors

Minimum 4 to 5 years in supplier accounting, general accounting experience accepted.

Advanced Excel required, knowledge of SAP appreciated, mastery of dematerialization tools, ease in digitalized environments, experience in SMEs or large groups highly appreciated.
