• Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices with purchase orders, ensuring proper coding and approval.
• Verify and reconcile discrepancies in invoices.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice issues.
• Maintain organized records of invoices and payments.
• Prepare and process payments for approved invoices.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
