* Summary:

** We are seeking an experienced
** Accounting Manager
** with 10–15 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role, to join our finance team. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional who is passionate about accounting, enjoys solving complex technical issues, and takes pride in developing high-performing teams.

This role is designed for someone who thrives as a hands-on leader—someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, diving into the details, and ensuring accounting excellence.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
* Develop, mentor, and coach members of the accounting team, fostering technical expertise and continuous improvement.
* Review complex accounting transactions and ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
* Partner with cross-functional departments to resolve accounting matters and improve business processes.
* Maintain and strengthen internal controls.
* Assist with external audits by responding to auditor inquiries and supporting documentation requests.
* Analyze financial results, investigate unusual variances, and provide meaningful insights to management.
* Develop and improve accounting processes to increase efficiency while maintaining strong controls.
* Participate in special projects, system implementations, acquisitions, and process improvement initiatives.
* Serve as a trusted technical accounting resource across the organization.
** Technical Skills
*** Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong understanding of financial statement relationships and account reconciliations.
* Experience researching and applying accounting guidance.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

** Qualifications and Required Experience
*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
* CPA designation strongly preferred.
* 10 –15 years of progressive accounting experience, with  3-5 years of leadership responsibilities.
* Proven ability to build strong partnerships with business leaders while providing accounting guidance.
* Experience managing month-end close and general ledger accounting.
* Demonstrated success developing, mentoring, and leading accounting professionals.
* Experience supporting external audits and working with independent auditors.
